I don't have the 8RDA+ but if I remeber its a jumper to select cpu type either 100 fsb or 133/166 fsb. It has been reported to allow higher fsb on 166fsb chips. The Asus A7N8X has the same jumper and people report the same results with it. I cut my L12 on my XP2700 which reports it as a 133fsb. Alot of people agree that this is necessary to obtain high oc on fsb.

Major is correct. It's FSB Frequency Select (see page 3-5 of the manual). If you jumper pins 1-2, then it is set at 133/166 (default). If you remove the jumper, then it's set at 100/133. Some folks claim removing it can help hit high FSBs with a 166mhz FSB CPU (without having to cut the third L12 bridge).

Yes I have heard the same thing of this jumper, yet I wonder for how many this method has worked for.
