I was wondering if the watercooling parts in my sig would be ok for outdoor benching in say 15 degrees F.

Would i have issues with any of the blocks because they are not 100% metal?

I have read some and realize that 15 F is not as cold as most of the chilled rigs, but figured this would be the place to ask if i would have issues.

-10C hard to say. I personally wouldn't try the DDC and the likes that low. The storm itself might be fine but the o-ring might shrink/freeze/crack and leak. Me personally I wouldn't go below 0C with that setup but I am not saying there is no way it can work either. Give it a try outside your pc and test it. Worst thing you might damage the pump and maybe the o-ring in the block. I would be very curious to find out the results myself.

Keep in mind going from ambient to -10C wont gain you much in terms of overcloking while it will bring all the hassles of insulation.

Well, by being outside, the air will be -10 as well, so i wont need to insulate.

i'm still not sure, I actually haveent fired up this rig since i started rebuilding, mainly because i'm not finished and waiting on parts

You will need to insulate unless you are wagering on chance to safeguard your hardware. Water can freeze on your hardware and when it melts (often in small amounts that you might not notice) you will have problems. Also the warmth of your computer can melt it while its running.

The only way this would be somewhat reasonable if the computer was outside for maybe 10 min or so, but even then there are no guarantees.

If you want to do it go for it, I wouldn't mind experimenting at your cost, but if you are asking for opinions then I personally wouldn't try to bring uninsulated computer outside where its below freezing and relatively high humidity compared to indoors and try to bench.

Probably assuming you DON"T use water cooling

I think he is, unless I missed something
