Download link for EVGA's P23 final bios?

Where the hell can I download this bios file?

I have a headaque from looking and can't find the damn thing...

Cannot register at their site since they must have the worst server in the world (slow and always returns an error when processing searches or registration)

Google no help either..

Or am I just plain retarded?
