hey, i just got a sapphire x800gto with blue pcb. i checked the config_die_fuses and config_substrate fuses, and i had the F's where they were supposed to be, but i didnt have the r480 chip. However stupid i may be, i still tried to use your automated flash iso, and i booted with the dos disk i made using your iso. However, right after it was completed, i did a reboot, and the comp booted up, and i could hear the fan spinning on the card, but the monitors had no input. Their lights would stay orange, and not turn on. I was very stressed out by this since it was a Christmas gift from my parents. IS there ANYTHING i can do to fix this card, and get it back to its default settings. I have a .bin file of the original bios.
You can pm me here, or email me at bry.bell@gmail.com
i thank you for your time.

[UPDATE]: (i know now that this may be reversible by using onboard video, while the not working agp card is plugged in to reflash the bios)
My NEW question is if anyone knows this process in more detail, please help!! thank you

however, i have realized i dont have onboard video.

you will have to do a blind reflash of the card with the original bios. use a newer version of atiflash, get it at mvktech.com in the ati download section. boot from a dos boot disk, and do a test run first using onboard video, without actually flashing the card, so you know what commands to type in what sequence, because when you do it on the x800 (with onboard video disabled) you won't be able to see whats going on. you will have to boot from a dos boot floppy that has the atiflash program and the original .bin file on it. then you run the atiflash program from the floppy and have it flash the bios from the floppy. the commands for the atiflash program should be in a readme along with the program, or if you just execute the program in dos mode, without any parameters, it will give you a list of the command line parameters.
