My 26A is at 3,2Ghz with Intel stock cooler @ 1.425 V in BIOS so 3,3 @ 1,6V seems pretty high...

the 25a's werent that good. but 1.6v seems just insane

if thats 1.6 in the bios dont forget that all the new 680 boards undervolt for some stupid ungodly reason, i cant recall but i thnk 1.6v is like 1.52 or something.

I was in the same boat as you a couple weeks back. I had a 25a that couldn't get orthos stable over 3.3ghz and wouldn't even post over 3.6ghz with 1.7v. I blame myself for rushing out and grabbing a c2d as soon as they were available. I sold mine and now have a 28b. Its a night and day difference in voltage necessary to attain the same oc and some people still want you to believe weeks don't matter.

yea dude if you tried pushing vcore and it wont go higher with everything else running right, it's time to let it go. My week 24 was similiar, however, it did get to 3.6, just needed like 1.575v to get there.

I'm still looking for some more but can't find any around here.. :)

I managed to get my 25A to 378*9@1.4V
any higher than that will result in a random reboot in orthos, no matter how much vcore I feed it.

Yeah 25A is kinda crappy, sucks to be an early adopter.
