there are quite a few..

which one is the best one?

(P965 chipset)
Asus P5B (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Asus P5B Deluxe (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

(P975 chipset)
Asus P5B (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Asus P5W DH Deluxe WiFi (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Asus P5B-E Plus (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

ive heard that the P965 chipset is the better one..

can someone tell me whether or not this is the case, (not that i know the difference between the two chipsets :( )

the P5B normal...."vanilla" is very limited concerning voltage regulation
vdimm only goes to 2,1....

clockgen doesnt work.....nor other fsb changing software
mine is voltmodded but its failing from time to time.....
if yo plan to keep the board awhile go for the p5b deluxe.......lots of features and a pretty nice board regarding stability and high FSB....and the vdrop mod is very easy to do
in a deluxe i went from 1,7(bios) 1,62 (windows) to 1,7(bios) 1,68(windows) just with a few "scratches" with a pencil

975 chipset has more perfomance but doesnt give so high fsb

more performance in what sense?

if you run some tests at the same fsb with 975 and 965 chipset you will find diferences in perfomance

so comparing the P5B Deluxe, and DH WiFi, what kind of FSB numbers could i see?

or, put a different way.. what differences would i see in the FSB

P5b Deluxe OCs better than P5W-DH Deluxe. To my knowledge there hasn't been a single P5B board for 975x...
