i heard that playing with the ras precharge time is pretty risky because it might corrput your system really hard... but that was about a year ago, dunno what todays memo is capable of...

im getting just 100mb/s less@ 200fsb 8-3-3-2

I get 3083 @ 200fsb with a very safe 6-2-2-2. I don't think 17MB/s extra is worth the risk of thrashing your O/S. You'd get that with just 2MHz extra on the fsb.

BTW 3100 is decent a 200 FSB.
