Nope is sure doesnt. But the VDD mod is soooo easy that it doesnt even matter. You can do it with hot glue so you dont have to solder and ruin your warrnty if you are worried about that.

Whats the 8RDA3+ ? Is that the NF3 board?

No. Nf3 is for an Opteron server-system.
The 8RDA3+ has the new northbridge crush18D (C1) (like NF7-S rev. 2.0) and supports official 400 DDR called nforce2 ultra 400.

yep only the 8rga+ comes with the VDD Adjustment in the bios 1.6,1.8,2.0v which was the main reason i switched from my 8rda+ to the 8rga+

I just got a Soltek SL-75FRN2-L and the VDD is adjustable to 1.8V, the board is so feature rich, you think your in Hollywood. It even came with a dang canvas bag, in the bumble-bee yellow gold and black. And I'm rarely taken by accoutraments, unless their software, or hardware. Anyhoo, I'm just running 13x180FSB with a 1700DUT3C 2340MHz, 1.7V.

In germany it's already available. A User from planet3now.de purchased it. http://www.planet3dnow.de/vbulletin/showthread.php3?s=&threadid=96269
Result: problems to reach 200 FSB with corsair @ relaxed timings and 1.8 vdd

Don't get me wrong, I love Epox, I just wanted to try the Soltek, and for $87 I should be able to reach higher FSB speeds. I haven't done the VDD mod, on the Epox, or changed the HS on the NB. I don't know what my next board will be, but I do consider Epox to be the best overclocker's board on the market, with Abit second.

Abit has better straight outta the box and maybe even against the EPoX with the mods but, i would consider them equal when the epox has the vdd.

I have both the 8RDA+ and NF&-S sitting here, and outta the box clocking potential, it has to be the Abit, but if you'r willing to mod and spend some time with the board then i'd say it's be the Epox.
They are both damn fine baords tho, but imo, the Abit jsut feels a bit more quality than the Epox. I dunno what it is about the board, jsut "feels" better!
