Some of the newer B2s are really awesome under cold ambient! I just reached 4320MHz with 5°C water. Result is in my signature. :)

..with my 975 mobo I think I hitted FSB wall :(

(because i cant get such a high fsb)
You can test your FSB with lower multiplier, if you cant do +460FSB with multi 8 your mobo are average.
vMCH mod will help you to gain some more FSB.
..and of course good NB cooling :)
