What clocks should I expect with phase change? Any coldbugs or other issues to be aware of?

I think this is not good section to post such of questions, you should ask someone in Intel section (don`t understand me bad ). I know that here is phase section, but with questions like "how much I will overlock that cpu with phase?" or "does it have coldbug?" should be posted somewhere else.
