VIVO question.

I just wanted to know if the video cards with "VIVO" are able to accept video game consoles and how would you go about putting the image onto the monitor? Do you need some sort of software or would the AVIVO software you get with all ATI cards that support VIVO work? Also, how would you get sound to work? Like say if I wanted to use my video card that has VIVO to play the XBOX on my monitor? :confused: Thanks for the help.

If you have the VIVO drivers from your GFX card manufacturer, then it should appear to the machine as a video capture device. Hence, you can use any VCR software (VLC will do nicely) to put the live input from the card on the scren.
