sure, if your settings are wrong, then FSB400 MHz is impossible. What are your bios settings?

set the ram to 2.0 the divider. thats 1:1
honestly if you cant hit 400mhz you have something very wrong.
infact with a 6400 if you cant hit 450 on a DS3 then something is extremely wrong.
i was riding 450+ with my 6600 @ 9x and 480 @ 8x and it would post at 500x7 but wouldnt go any further because of the D9 ram issue(s)

and be damn sure you have the 965P DS3 and not the 965G DS3

No its not mine, Its just a general question if 400fsb is a 100% out of a e6400.

I can't overclock at all with the 965G-ds3.... So i guess the question that you wanted to ask is "is there anyone unlucky enough not to hit 400fsb with a 965p-DS3."

I can't hit 450, im stuck at 437, i only have the F4 BIOS though, i have a few questions.

Is the latest BIOS revision really going to help me out? I ask because i don't have a floppy disk drive and floppys that i can flash the BIOS with, so i would only do it through windows if its safe, and 100% useful to my overclocking capabilities. Thanks
