350 seemse a bit low even for the "vanilla P5B"...should do atleast 400.
I had a P5B-E, when everything sett to auto it did 430ish...beeing thoose to boards are alomost identical when set to auto.
Have you checked THIS (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=115217) thread ??

Can't you change the voltages manually in bios?
Have you tried to lower multiplier to 8 (in cpu config settings) and then to set it to 400?
400x8=3.2GHz
Try to keep it at 400 (370~399- 401~~430 results in performance drop!!!!)

no you cant change it, its running at stock voltage, u can only change cpu and mem voltage and nothing else
if i do 8*400, then wont i need more voltage for chipset coz its above 350, i heard you cant go above 350 with stock chipset voltage

This board goes well over 350fsb stock so i dont think you need to be considering a vmod yet. I suggest you take a look in this thread and see what others did to sustain high clocks with this board.
