ok been looking at pulling this unit apart for the bits for a while now as it lost its gas some time ago after moving house

as you can see there is a rotary in there as yet i have not been able to find any info on it so the hp is a mistery

i love AC units, you get a lot of condensers and a really nice rotary out of it :)
do you know the BTU/h rating of the unit?

not yet it may be on the outer casing i will have a look before i take it to the dump

googled the compressor but no luck so far


i just been looking at the rules again and a value will need to be put on this old unit

some history : i bought the unit in 2000 for £150, it has not worked for a year

so jin could you put a value on it for me so i no how much if any i have left

Only there usually HBP and tend to get very hot because we use such a low evap pressure.

Nice start baz. Those consensers look really nice, just need some big fan shrouds for them now :D.
