No disprespect to the original poster, cause if you believe the site, it's new.

However, that movie is old news and available in hi def downloads all over the place.

You'll change your mind when you've actually played the game.

Yea I've seen this before elseware, only without the Hexus and Intle logos at startup.

I hope my system will play the game at these settings.

They said they're doing a lot to make multiplayer actually fun. Because the biggest problem with original FarCry was lack of viable multiplayer, single player was okay.

A lot of people here will just cream themselves over the graphics, so they'd buy it just because it looks nice, if nothing else.

Me, I'll wait and see.

the engine is much more powerful than far cry's, the physics with the leaves moving when walking through them is amazing. The day/night real time sun/moon setting and rising is pretty sweet and could potentially add a lot.

That being said, I think it'll be like far cry, an incredible tech demo and bar raiser that will undoubtably sell a lot of graphics cards but nobody will actually play the game for very long.

Ι don't see any gameplay by the way.
I think a more accurate title is "in-game graphics video"

I aggree with perkam it's just a Far Cry with better lighting

And yeah it's old news.

if the game is as boring as farcry was, the graphics won't help out.

too much hype about this game.

well i guess not everyone is an fps gamer.

far cry is awsome in few major points.

1. it's 3d engine was developed by a small company (like corteam's serious sam) which give them so much credit .

2. it's graphics allow running smoothly on very poor hw comparing to other fpss.

3.it's gameplay is well and alive (in fps kind of way) - it was the first game where the a.i. surprise u very often in terms of..... well shooting you from the back out of the blue sky. and the overall a.i. in the game is one of the more sophisticated there are.

now take all the above and crysis is just the 2nd title - don't make a hype! it ain't id software.

That video did not impress me at all. The water sucked, and the shading sucked.

To much marketing is ruining the game experience, whit each trailer and info you get higher expectations and when you see the game on your PC you don't feel like it's enough - not that impressed by it, same thing happened whit HL2 and other games that people ruined whit marketing, where is the surprise in that? :(

You obviously never tried to play Far Cry on "relatively" poor hardware. NOBODY, and I mean NOBODY gives Crytech credit for relatively low system requirements. Find one review that mentions it, I'd love to see that.

This game isn't going to be any different, it's single handidly going to account for a lot of Vista and DX10 hardware being sold.
