I have a cap that fell off my card I don't have the old one but, was wondering where I could find a replacement to re sod-er it back on before I throw the card away. Any suggestions?

Do you have a picture of where it came from on the card? From what you said im guessing that the card currently doesnt work?

You should get a second opinion, but i'd say that is a Nichicon NA series 470uF, rated at 6.3v, i can't find exact specs but ESR will be in the 20 mOhm region. It's difficult to see from the picture but i think that cap is sitting on the 5v rail pre switcher.
Although it isnt realy a mod this thread might attract more usefull attention for you in the xtreme mods section - maybe you could ask a moderator to move it?
I wouldn't be supprised if someone has a dead 9800 pro with one of those on it, if you post where your from possibly someone near to you could send you one? :)

Maybe you could find a bad one somewhere (ebay?) and grab a cap from that.
Wow, looking at that pic brings back memories... I used to think that heatsink was pretty big for a stock cooler on a video card /looks at X1900XT stock cooler
