Here’s an example of what notebooks could be like in the future. Dialogue is releasing its Flybook VM on the 20th of this month – but it isn’t your standard laptop. The Flybook features an extendable screen stand allowing it to be raised up away from the main body of the computer, giving it an appearance that could be expected from an iMac, meaning it offers a superior screen position over normal notebooks.

I thought DELL had a notebook like this as well.

Dell does have a notebook like this, with a 21" screen.

oh the humanity.. it will break in a week.. thank god I wont ever have to work on one of those.

Imagine replacing the hinges for it :slash:

also, there is nothing superior about that screen position. it places the lcd right over your hands which in a laptop is WAY too close and will cause eye strain for most people.
