Can you help me with these BIOS settings please!

I have a stable system with the following settings, however im looking for "1 notch up" for a little faster timings. Out of these options, which would I adjust for "SLIGHTLY" faster settings?

ACT TO ACT DELAY 3
RANK WRITE TO READ DELAY 11
WRITE TO PRECHARGE DELAY 15
READ TO PRECHARGE DELAY 6
