There were a few K8 based Mobile Athlons XP that were 32 Bits capable only before Semprons were released. So yes, Mobile AXP CAN be in Socket 754.

Higher end low voltage Athlons were in the 2400-2600 range.
Some companies claimed "mobile" 2800's but they were stock 1.65v parts.

3100+ was the highest rating of those

why do you want a mobile 3200+?

just get a 2400+ or a 2500+, they clock like crazy.

On water cooling I can take my XP 3200+ to 2700mhz, windows bootable but not stable. My XP-M 2400+ can't even hit 2400mhz on water and boot to windows. I have a hard time getting it to 2200mhz stable.
