Make a complete splitter cable for the ATX and aux plugs and plug them into the mobos you want to power. Just watch you dont try putting 2 high-end PCs together with one PSU, I wouldnt recommend overclocked systems either. Maybe something like 2x low-power AM2 or E63/E64 rigs?

I think the Tagans rails are 20A for mobo and 20A for CPU, then I think 20A for each PCI-E plug or pair for a quad-SLI PSU. Not sure what rail the molex/Sata plugs are on

the most successful way to power 2 pcs with one psu is one at a time. :D
