I believe factory design is 200Mhz FSB.

its 200 MHz, 400 MHz effective...

just remember that the clock speed is 2.2 GHz, if you boot up and you're only at 1.8, you did something wrong :p

I have a XP3200+ and it rocks. 200mhz is the factory fsb.

I personally found the mobile 2600+ (2.13, 166/333fsb) to be a WAY better clocker than the 3200+ with default 200/400 fsb. Voltage was 1.4-1.45 which gave you some awesome headroom to get back to factory Barton 1.65Vcore. Mine would run 2550 all day long with 1.65V. But that was back in what, 2000-2001? you can get a k8 and board for under 100 bucks and my Winchester @ 2400 was absolutely KILLING my barton in games. It was the biggest upgrade I ever noticed since going to my Voodoo1 card, LOL.

I have an XP-M 2400+ and it runs well but still just as hot as the XP 3200+ at the same speed with 1.65 vcore.
