The Bottom Line
The ASUS Striker Core 2 Duo motherboard is overpriced and underperforms compared to the eVGA and BFGTech 680i solutions in the marketplace based on NVIDIA’s reference 680i motherboard design. There is no way we can advise you look to the ASUS Striker as a Core 2 Duo enthusiast solution. Simply put the ASUS Striker strikes out.
seems it needs a bios

Well, I have to say, I am happy as a rabbit in a shag shop with my eVGA 680i board...given that the Striker is ridiculously overpriced, I think the [H] was dead on in being harsh. When a board that is 150 dollars less expensive is spanking yours by 100mhz in the FSB department, based on the same exact chipset, that's an issue. Yah yah, it's all in the BIOS and will be fixed, but still.
As it stands right now, the 680i reference boards are carrying the big stick in the 680i line. The Striker needs some work.
