as title states.
i have a set of GBHZ's that wont boot at the advertised 4-4-4-12...i can only run them using "spd" settings on my Asus P5WDH deluxe. ( then they run @ 5-6-6-16 ) and are completely stable..no concerns there...

i have 2 other single sticks of the same memory but not as a dual channel kit that run fine @ 4-4-4-12.

doesnt matter what amount of voltage i use to try to start, they simply will not boot into windows.

even at totally stock settings in bios

the single sticks first 4 serial numbers are 6300 the dual channel kits numbers are 0604.

i have tried everything known , using single, different slots, different voltages etc..

i have sent an rma request this past sat morning....any issues with those serial numbered sticks?????

0604 is elpida IC but i don't think Elpida IC has problem with P5WDH becasue one of PC in our office is using elpida + p5wdh and no problem to run

however, we did change its SPD subtiming to make it runs both 965 and 975.
i recommend RMA and i will test and see what is going on

thanx for the reply G.S Tech
like i said, @ 5-6-6- timings they are very stable and i have no complaints with them other than they will not run 4-4-4-12 as stated on the memory themselves, even trying to set them to cl4 in memset will crash .

i just cant run them with my other 2 sticks

i have sent an rma request 2 times....just waiting for the return rma # :stick:

I purchased two of these guys a few months agao with my motherboard from newegg and have seen an issue with these being seen as pc5300 memory. Is this a SPD table thing or is there something wrong with the modules? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
