DFI RDX200 & Gskill 2GBHZ PC4000 oc help needed.

i was having somes bugs with my abit and then i bought the DFI RDX200 CF-DR

It's my first DFI, i prefer Abit for overclock but no mobo on Ati crossfire chipset was available.

I need help to config my bios settings for my ram.

Evrything is good when i select defaut and 250htt. But i don't achieve to run 300 and ram @ 250mhz and default timmings. I only aim that.:stick:

My CPU is an opty 165, and primme 2.84ghz @ 1.45V.

i think i must set the ram settings myself but there is too much settings and i will loose days, even months to achieve that by mooving myself one by one.

If you want to run your Ram @ 250 with 300 FSB you need to set a divider. And HTTx3 if you want to reach 300 FSB.

i try 166mhz divider and the whole ram settings @ default and i boot ( cool ) and i can't run windows :slapass:

i tryed some other settings that my ram use @ default, but no work

i tryed 100mhz divider ( 1/2 ) and no work ... :slapass:

i may need do something but what ? :rolleyes:

only oc'd a frineds rdx200 , really picky board but something like higspeed pll fsb or something like that enabled made things a whole lot easier past 275 = )

it's very curious that i cant get 2.7ghz and my opty can primme 2.84ghz :confused:

i think i found the problem, i enabled it after try 300 ...

For moment i works good 285Htt / ram divider 166 (CPU/11)

i'm gona try 300 :banana:
