Er is something up.
I get jerkiness/juddering for about 5 seconds in games and in windows consistently every 2 minutes or so. But in games the fps doesnt drop, everything judders across the screen when you move.
Ive disabled C1E and EIST options in bios also the other settings like virtulization etc. Ive also tried my brothers geil 6400 ram and 7950 gt gfx card still the same, also reinstalled windows 3 times and installed latest G965 chipset drivers and ATI drivers, also tried Omega drivers. Ive also taken out my X-fi and driver cleaned the drivers to see if it was conflicting with anything, still the same.
Cpu-z reports that the speeds are staying constant, so it isn't any speedstepping.
Memory is at 2.1v CPU is at 1.325v
I can't exactly remember when it started happening but it was the other day, i was overclocking a bit, i clocked it to 3ghz on 1.4v, then decided to go back to defaults as i dont know what im doing properly.
Do you think i may of damaged my cpu ? :<
any ideas???
