View Full Version : prommy and -50c it's beeping at me :/
when it's at -50c it's beeping and displaying errors how can i adjust this as i want to mod it further but can't if it's just gona beep at me all day.

ps this is only a cold boot temp dont think i have this at load :P aiming for it though :D

Mhh, the Prometeia should't be able to get below under -45 in idle.

Mine does the same thing.
Gotta push the reset button and hope it goes to -51 or battle with it as it drops to -49c and back to -50c and go off again... heh, Ive been there and done that too.
Um,... Maybe gooch will school us on how to reprogram them for a higher limit.

iv sorted it i think it is adjustable will need to wait till morning to test again though :)
Gas r404 im gona change the condenser or just add another one as well soon ;)

Set P25 to -55 to -60 instead of -50 which is the stock setting. :) Fugger, you have a damn nice unit there. ;)

Ok, you made me dig out the box and look at the manual...
Press and hold PRG for 5 seconds.
press the arrow untill it reaches P25 then press select
use the down arrow key to increase the value to a few degrees over the max your systems will do now.
Press Select and press PRG
Hopefully it will keep those settings.

hehehe, I got the same thing when I gassed it with R404a. All I could think off is oh ยงยงยงยง Ive killed my prom ... then I realised it happens everytime the temp drops below -50
Does anyone know what all the other (undocumented) settings do?
