In afew days I'm going to be receiving a Vapo PE and I was wondering how I could power the compressor with 1 PSU and the PC with another.

I've got an Enermax 431watt w/ 33A on the 12v line for the compressor and a 80watt TEC.

My 400 watt Antec will power the PC.

I saw Weapon's thread awhile back, though the instructions seemed difficult. Especially since I don't have it in my hands at the moment. Could someone post pics or explainly exactly what to do? It would be very aprreciated.

33A on the 12 volt line, never seen an enermax that high, even 650's dont kick out that much on 12V.

My true 550 powers my Vapo and Tec for the vid no problems for the last 6 months.

But if you really have 33 amps on the 12 volt line you have enough to power 2 vapo's and tecs.

Yep, its this (http://www.newegg.com/app/Showimage.asp?image=17-103-432-07.JPG/17-103-432-06.JPG/17-103-432-05.JPG/17-103-432-08.JPG) one.

38A on 3.3 - 44A on 5v - 33A on 12v

Main reason I want to use a seperate PSU is becuase I've read that the 12v+ line fluctuates alot.

Man no kidding it does say 33 amps on a 465 watt enermax, nice. My true power holds rock steady. I gave up on enermax, a year and a half ago, with their crappy 5v on heavy oc'd amd rigs.

Gonna have to look for a review on that enermax 465 whisper you linked to and if can be modded or not.
