Asus P5W DH Deluxe Video Issue

Hi,

i dont know if anyone have same video issue like me.
i tried installing windows xp sp2 twice on my system, i installed almost all the drivers needed to run the system properly except for the wifi-ap driver. i also installed the latest directx 9.0c october redist update, and nvidia 96.89 tweaksrus extreme driver beta. but everytime i tried to benchmark my system using 3dmark03 3.60 my screen flickers & got corrupted textures :(
i tried it with leadtek 7600gt & inno3d 6200 video cards but still the same result.
i also tried 93xx series driver but still no luck.
i'm running E6300 C2D
Coolermaster Hyper6+ HSF
P5W DH Deluxe (1503 Bios)
512mb DDR2 533 Geil Value Ram (Single)
Task 350Watts PSU & also tried 500watts Generic PSU but still no luck :(

im planning to purchase a descent psu for my system,
but i just want to make sure if its the main issue for my problem.

i have an old 20pin HEC 475Watts PSU & i want to buy 20-24pin converter to test it on my system. do u think it's gonna work?

i'm also thinking its a chipset related issue.

what do u think?
