Thinking of building a vapor phase system, where to read up?

Well, this isn't exactly a "how do u do that?//" thread...exactly. I've been thinking about building myself a vapor phase system, and I've read up on the refrigerants and their benefits, and how the process works, and all that good stuff. I would just buy a VapoChill or Prometeia, except I can't honestly justify spending $600 on cooling...unless I do it myself, in which case, I'd probably want to do it for less anyway. It seems everybody here has a perfect understanding of how to build such a setup, as many of your setups are custom built...but how? Where did you all learn how to make the system work?

www.phase-change.com has some great forums with a huge amount of info. bowman moderates them so what do you expect? ;)
