I didn't know where to post this thread so I put it here.

Well, I went on contract with orange on an 18 month contract at around june the 25th. I bought it from the carphone warehouse. The phone I chose was the lg chocolate (in black, it was the only colour then). The thing is I really dislike the phone. I find the buttons to be unresponsive and dislike the general feel to the phone. At the start I thought it to be faulty so I sent it back to the manufacturer and I have recently got it back, however the problem still persists.

I have just got back from the carphone warehouse and they cannot see the problem, when they use it seems perfect, which leads me too think that it is my hands that are the problem. I have quite hard tips of fingers through to playing a lot of bass guitar therefore I think that is the cause.

However I did not take out insurance on the phone as I could not afford it so carphone warehouse will not replace it/cancel the contract.

Can I sell it? Am I allowed? If so, is there anything which will remove the light scratches which are on it?

What should I do? I cannot last the 18 month contract with this phone, I am currently using my really old brick of a nokia as I cannot use my chocolate.

Thanks

urm... you coud always dump the phone i think, and put the SIMcard in a other one... you woud still have your contract then.. but a other phone..

I've replaced my phone serveral times under the last two contracts. The only thing is they reset the new phone deals when you activate another phone reguardless of when the contract finishes.
