Look on ebay for a dual channel analogue oscilloscope with a bandwidth of 20MHz+,

I love Jameco, they have everything I could ever want, large selection of components, test equipment, power supplies, almost everything. Otherwise you could try Newark ( http://www.newark.com/ ) or Mouser ( http://www.mouser.com/ ); they have a much bigger selection than Jameco.
For cheap though...eBay :)
