Ave,

I have the ATI Radeon X1600PRO Video Card which supports dual monitors. I have two monitors, a CRT & an LCD. Interestingly, my CRT is newer and LCD real old... and thus the LCD (Samsung SyncMaster 151V) only supports upto 1024 X 768 Resolution.

I use my CRT primarily because it gives me 1280 X 1024 Crystal Clear display.

I want to use the LCD as my Secondary Display, and use both the monitors in the Dual Monitor fashion. Only thing is, using the Catalyst Control Center, will i be able to specify different Resolutions for the two Monitors? I don't want to bring down my CRT Resolution from 1280 X 1024... and unfortunately the Samsung SyncMaster 151v won't go beyond 1024 X 768... so can i have them at their individual resolutions working as Dual Monitors?

Thanks.

Yes, it will be able to run two different resolutions.

It will be under the displays manager menu(in advanced mode)

I didnt think this was possible, but cool.
Might get anoying when your cursor gets larger when it goes on the second screen. ;)
