Gurus!!! Need some help over here~

Need some help over here.

I have an old AMD XP setup, but when I try to boot, the cpu fan and gfx fan spin for like 3-5 sec and then stops. what could the problem?

I tried:

Jump starting the PSU - PSU was able to power up, so its unlikely that its the PSU.

Swapping my spare GFX/MOBO - Same outcome, power shutdown after 3-5 sec.

Resitting everything component including CPU - Same outcome. Power shutdown after 3-5 sec.

Booting using only the bare minimum ( CPU/MOBO ) - Same outcome, power shuts off after 3-5sec.

Im using:
AMD XP 1.8
Abit Nf7-S
350W HEC
PC333 256MB

So... what could have gone wrong?

Check that no molex connectors are touching the case (the metal bits anyways), as this could short the system.

Reset the CMOS could fix it. :D
