If you want S939 OC mobo for as cheap as it gets - get this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813138264). In 99.9% cases hits HTT320 withous breaking a sweat. Just disable the onboard video.

But IMO it would be better to add ~$17 and grab a DFI :D
BTW - it`s usable with stock cooler ;)

I've had my stock NB heatsink off for so long I barely remember its original temps, but they were certainly higher than I would have liked. Even so, I never found the NB temp to limit my overclocks though (not like my old Northwood chip), so if your budget is really tight you can get away without an aftermarket heatsink... the temps just look much nicer IMO.

And as far as suggestions for third-party heatsinks go, if the heatpipe NB coolers are either out of stock or out of your price range, conser getting an Iceberq VGA cooler for it (not the Iceberq Pro - it's too tall). Before the heatpipe NB coolers came out this was the best option for this motherboard (*just* fits under video cards).

If you're getting an Opty 144 with the stepping CAB1E you need to keep temps under 55* otherwise it throws out errors all the time, again if that is your stepping you will it 2.8ghz piece of piss on stock volts.
