Best Way To Silence Hard Drives?

The only thing that I can hear from my current P4 system is HDs. I'm builing a new Core 2 Duo system and want to make it virtually silent. I bought all the necessary parts based on low noise levels. But I'm sure after building it, I'll still hear HDs.

So, are there HD enclosures that silence the noise?
