How I can find which chips used for my memory?

How I can find which chips used for my Patriot Signature Line DDR2-6400 5-5-5-15?? (I look at under HSF but all chips labeled by Patriot)
it can do 800MHz 4-4-4-8 1.8v also upto 940MHz 4-4-4-10 2.0v also upto 1000MHz 5-5-5-15 2.0v

could be a lot of things, but really, knowing what chips they are is good for guessing what the ram will overclock to. when you have the sticks in your hand, what's the point of guessing? ;)
