conroe e6600 - xp64 or xp32?

i just received my new PC:

p5n32 premium
7300GT HDTV
e6600

i have both OS (xp32 and xp64) wich one i should install?

- i don't think i'll have driver problem bcose the hardware it's all new
- it's an HTPC so i'll use it for:
a) encoding
b) watch movie (most HD)
c) burn DVD

software that i HAVE to use are:
- virtual daemon or similar
- nero 7
- winrar
- clonedvd
- anydvd
- zoomplayer
- vlc
- mediaplayer classic
- some subtitle programs (vobsub, ...)
- rarslave
- newsleecher
