My config:
Prometeia white
Enmic 8NAX+
1800+ DLT
Twinmos PC3200 512MB
9700 Pro
I've got a problem:
The Boards doesn't run with the prom! I've testet the Board, Memory, CPU with air Cooling and their wasn't any problem.
The Prometeia cooled down to -33° without any problem.
When I will start this config with the prom, the Boards show on the little Display FF, so that it doesn't start. But with air cooling has it started. Is it possible that the bios doesn't run, when the temperatur is -40° ???
Have you got any other suggestions ???

My mobo does not kick in until I hit -35c....does yours go past -33 like it says in your post? Is your Prommie set at the default settings or have you changed anything with controller? If it boots on air, then we know there is something going on with the prommie, maybe with the mobo install. Are all your wires connected correctly, like for SPEAKER...HDD LED...POWER...ect?
Try loosening the screws on the evaporating unit a little bit.
One person had an Epox motherboard that had the same problem as you, just by accident he found out that by loosening the screws (that you turn with the l-shaped tool) the problem went away and its working for him without any problems eversince.

Try pluging a fan into the CPU Fan connector on the motherboard...some motehrboards won't boot unless you got a fan connected to the mb.:rolleyes:

@method man
That would be easy, but we have tried.
@TheDude
We have changed the starting temperatur of the Mobo to -36°, but that was it. The Power and the Reset wires are connected correctly. The Prommie surely cooled down to -36°, but the Mobo doesn't start.
@Vatt
I will try it tomorrow!

He had an Epox 8RDA+ and it wouldn't start with the Prometeia.
He said he just had to loosen the bottom screw a little bit. So not both as I said earlier, just the bottom one!
Good luck.

Rather than loosen a screw on the evap....I would pull it off and check the imprint in the thermo paste to make sure it is seating good, then reseat it being careful to tighten both screws evenly, a little at a time. Also check CPU to make sure it is installed correctly (no wires under it, etc).
