12v load drops

my :banana::banana::banana::banana:ty 520 ocz modstream drops from a perfect 12v (idle) reading to about 11.84v on a 3dmark load, measuring with a meter.is this enough slop to worry about,or effect overclocks?

That's fine. It shouldn't affect anything TOO much.

It isn't terrible just like Nicks said. It isn't much to worry about as long as it isn't going wild during a load test.
