Calling all gigabyte dq6 owners

will this heatsink fit a dq6 southbridge?

reason being is I'll be using the board in an upside down config and want to replace the northbridge with mcx159, ramsinks on the mosfets, but I'm unsure on the southbridge.

Your taking off the heatpipe assembly?...the only way to know is to try it, do let us know if you have success.

p.s. what are you doing with the heatpipe assembly?...if you're throwing it away i'll take it.

no I wouldn't be throwing it away as I'd need it to rma if needed
