Dailytech says vista should be release October 25, 2006.
"Microsoft is expected to complete Windows Vista and release to manufacturers on or around October 25, 2006."

The article you linked to was about SP3....which was delayed until Q2 2008, wtf??

It also says Vista rtm should be out but octomber 25 2006.

actually on or around october 25. Could be the 25 or a month later or more. They still have a long way to go before RTM status.
