Fan screws but half the lenght? [Archive]

Fan screws but half the length, does anyone know where they sell them? My crappy thermaltake case sidepanel plastic screen pin things broke off and now i need to find something to hold the screen and sidepanel together. I'm using my fan screws which fit but are to long and hit the back fan.

I was wondering if home depot or lowes sells the same size screw but half the length or does anyone know a replacement for these pins?

Cut them with some nippers..fast fix!:D

does anyone know the size of those fan screws? Also anyone sure if home depot or lowes sell this size but not as large?

You want some 1/2" 8-32 machine screws. They come in boxes of 50pieces with nuts for about $5 I believe.
