I'm scouring the internet trying to figure out what sort of chips these use-my best guess so far is some sort of Infineon chip?

It's spec'ed to run at 750Mhz with 4-4-4-12 timings at 1.9V, but other than that I don't have much more info.

I'm kinda surprised nobody here has tested these (from my search results) =(

Anyways if anybody can let me know soon I'd be really glad!

I had one
It is Infineon chip (DDR2-667 5-5-5-15 die rev.A)
but it not good for oc,only can do DDR2-810 4-5-4-12 2.05v single
boost VDIMM can't go higher frequency ....

personally, i only buy stuff thats specified at 1.8V since some motherboards dont run memory specified above that.

I tried ones with elpida's chips and did 1000 5-5-5-15 @2,4v. Not the best but not bad for the price...
