What's the full specs of your PC? I'm not too fond of TT psu's so I'd say no, but.

I think you might get buy, but it will be close. If you are running a Barebones type system, IE cpu, 1HD, 1cd-rom etc.. you should be ok.

The question is....."Is the x1950 xtx enough for your psu " ? LOL !!
Some feed back from a guy on his 4th ...YES 4th x1950 xtx . First 3 showed combinations of heavy redraw lag on desktop in explorer and IE windows. jagged textures and corruption in 3d mode, as well as artefacting in some games .The 4th card was tested by ATI rma department on multiple systems and deemd as fully functional and "working great" by the staff there .It also mangles some video games with artefacting ( particularly in 2d mode (windowed game to view CCC readings) jagged textures and even problems in displaying windows Media Player visualizations in windowed mode .2d and 3D textures or text have a pronounced jagged edge to them .
By the way...every card has been dragged in for exhaustive testing in various technician built systems...and displayed the above symptoms in all machines ...and all configurations .If there is anyone out there with an x1950 xtx that doesn't have issues ..please respond and telll me your secret .I am very anxious to see what tricks it took to make it work decently .See my posts in the troubleshooting section and general radeon section .
Perhaps Asus can make it a better card than ATI itself...but at least I thought I'd warn you .And NO...I am not a serial RMA hound....I have only had to treturn 2 components in my life....a Fan controller that wouldnt control fans.....and ATI video cards (Never had problems with any ATI cards before the 9800 series....and every card since has acted "unfinished" and glitchy when installed after purchase .Some from just the lack of debugged drivers...others...poorly manufactured )

I'd have to say that it will most likely be more than enough for you.
I'm personally running my MSI X1950XTX with a Q-Tec 550W P.O.S. PSU just fine. I also have 5 HD's, 1 DVDRW, couple of memory sticks - the CPU is A64 3400+.
(I'm saying this in advance: please don't educate me about the quality of this PSU - I know EXACTLY what this PSU is like)
EDIT: If you're talking about Crossfire, then the answer might be different. The first post is not completely clear.
