banned?

I haven' even played on any servers yet, but want to start with battlefield 2. I went and tried to download the 1.4 patch and it said I was banned from the site, then I tried the main site and same thing. Could someone help me?

There have been false alarms like that before with people using alternative browsers other then IE...Contact the webmaster
