Not sure if this is in the right place.
This is my problem. I'm trying to watch a video on CBS and the WMP doesn't seem to be working. I installed the WMP that came with the computer, but whenever I try to watch the video online, it says no video player installed.
I clicked on the link under the video that provided a download to WMP 10, but when I tried to download WMP, it said that I already had the most recent version of Windows on my computer. The video does not work, but the WMP works fine.
This is while using FireFox. I get video playback at another site, like wwe.com, where they use WMP.
What could be the problem? Can anyone help me out?
