Try silverpcs.com, they seem to be able to get just about any LL part. If it's not on their site try giving them a call.

Lian Li should have a PSU backplate like the Stacker 830 has. You should be able to mount it at various ways, upside down or normal.

Easily solved by turning the plate around, but now my OCZ GXS has trouble with airflow since the fan is on top, almost against an aluminum plate in the case.

well all the cases but the v2k series have the bracket like the 830's - the v2k has the PSU bracket with the fans on it as well, which does remove some of the universatality (if thats a word LOL) of the PSU plate

maybe a piece of aluminum to make it the way you want, this is my custom plate :) PM me if you need the stock one, I have one here!
