People keep telling me that Windows vista works good with 4GB, but it only shows as 2GB. does any one know what to do as i have a asus P5B deluxe.

Not sure if it works in Vista, but tried the PAE switch?

did you enable memory remapping in the bios?ok went to bios and disabled it and now it is showing that i have 2495MB as it was showing before that i had 2000MB

Same as Windos XP, you Can't on 32 Bit version move to 64 Bit and you'll see 4GB Ram.

windows XP and Vista 32bit say I have 3.25gb ram ??? strange how this world works.
