any local shops that would carry conformal coating spray, or is it all off the internet mainly? and lastly liquid electrical tape or an equivelant, is that the best to use, or is nailpolish just as good? btw I'm in Nashville, tennessee.

I've seen LET actually pull caps out of a mobo when being removed, I prefer nail polish as simple nail polish remover on a rag removes it easily and cleanly.
I find conformal coating a bit to indirect.
www.crazypc.com I beleive stocks it though.

thanks for the replies, I'll probably just rob some np out of my wifes stash, now that I think about it. :)
but in reference to the conformal coating spray for the backside of the mobo, it's more of an unneeded step?

In my opinion yes, I use nail polish on both sides.
