I was success to reach 2.8GHZ with this CPU
but it's not stable(SuperPI , Prime95 wont run) and i would like to know if i can do anything about it

i have the same cpu + dfi expert... my cpu max full stable is 2700mhz on my prommy mach2 :/

ur Vcore is VERY VERY high for 24/7
What are you talking about, his vcore was only 1.35v...I run 1.5V 7x24

Cpu-Z lying my vcore is 1.65V, from some reason i dont know why cpu-z dont show voltage higher than 1.6V

set your timeings 2-3-2-2 or 2-2-3-2 timings that seemed to clear up my stability problems whit this board

1.65v is fine I ran it for 10 months 24/7 on air/water.
